Madelaine Matej, soprano, and Zach Franklin, clarinet, have been invited to perform Lori Laitman's song cycle "I Never Saw Another Butterfly" during an in-house concert at University of the Pacific, sponsored by the Stockton Friends of Chamber Music. The poetry for the song cycle was written by children in the Terezin or Theresienstadt concentration camp during WWII.
